1. Order Modification

Changing Size or Color

Please note that Sally Garden’s sizes are not standardized. Each style may vary, so we strongly recommend checking the size chart on each product page before placing your order.

You can modify your size or color only if your order hasn’t entered the processing stage.
Once an order is being processed, no size or color changes can be made.


Changing Shipping Address

If you wish to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is shipped.

Updating the address in your personal account does not automatically update the address for your current orders.
To modify your address, please contact us through online chat or email at sallygardenshop@outlook.com.

For orders that have already been shipped, we’re unable to change the shipping address. You may contact your local courier to arrange redelivery or collect your package from the original address.

Sally Garden cannot be held responsible for lost or returned packages under the following circumstances:
• The recipient moved without notifying us before shipment.
• The courier was unable to reach the recipient by phone and no one was available at the address.
• The package was discarded by the local delivery company after repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.
• We attempted to contact the recipient via email or SMS but received no response.


2. Order Processing & Cancellation

Orders are processed after payment verification and stock confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

We’ll reach out via email if any item is out of stock, so please ensure your contact email is valid.
Delivery times exclude weekends and holidays.

Cancellation & Refund

Sally Garden accepts cancellations for orders that have not been shipped, and refunds will be handled according to the order status below:

  1. Full refund — Orders placed within 24 hours and not yet processed or shipped.

  2. 80% refund — Orders that are being processed but have not yet been shipped (for in-stock items).

  3. 65% refundPre-order items that are being processed but have not yet been shipped.

  4. No cancellation — Orders that have already shipped.

  5. Refunds are processed within 5 business days and issued to your original payment method.

We truly appreciate your understanding that each order requires preparation and manual handling before shipment begins.


3. Order Return

We accept return or exchange requests only for items with quality issues after delivery.
Once an order has been shipped, non-quality related returns or refunds will not be accepted.

If you believe the item you received has a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email at sallygardenshop@outlook.com, and provide clear photos or videos as proof.
Our team will review the case and assist you with a replacement or refund if applicable.

For accepted return requests, please follow the steps below:

  1. Our customer service team will provide you with the return address once your request is approved.

  2. After approval, please ship your return within 3 days.

  3. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method for your return.

  4. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days after the returned parcel arrives for completion.


Return Requirements

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
• Returns missing or with damaged security tags may result in delays or denial of refund.
• Footwear must include the original box in good condition. A repackaging fee may apply if the box is missing or damaged.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Packages sent COD may be refused or deducted from your refund.
Clearance and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note: Customers are responsible for uncollected packages, unsuccessful delivery attempts due to unreachable contact numbers, or returns caused by unpaid customs duties.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for packages lost, destroyed, or returned under these conditions.
