Refunds & Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following items:

  • Lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Stockings / Socks

Made-to-Order Exclusions

We do not accept returns or refunds for items that are made specifically for you, as we do not keep them in stock. This includes:

  • Pre-order items
  • Customized products
  • Handmade products

Products that fall into this category will be clearly marked on their description page.

Shipping Costs & Fees

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is used or altered.

Refund Options

Once your return is approved, you can choose one of the following refund options:

  • Store Credit: Receive a full refund in the form of a Sally Garden store credit.
  • Original Payment Method: Receive a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable payment processing fees.

Returned & Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us for reasons beyond our control (e.g., incorrect address provided, unpaid customs fees, or failure to pick it up), we are unable to provide a refund. This is because shipping costs are non-recoverable, and many items are made-to-order.

We are happy to reship the package to you; however, a reshipping fee will apply.
